COVID-19 Special Policy

ZydecoEvents.com adheres to all regulations, requirements, protocols, and guidelines as recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), national, State, and local public health and governing bodies to prevent and stop the transmission of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). COVID-19 is a respiratory illness that can spread from person to person, especially between people who are physically near each other (within about 6 feet). People who are infected but do not show symptoms can also spread the virus to others.

ZydecoEvents.com recommends, support and encourage best practices and protocols to decrease the spread of SARS CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, and lower the impact in our community. This include activities to:

• prevent and reduce transmission among event participants, organizers and workers,
• maintain healthy business, event and community operations, and
• maintain a healthy environment.
